Licence Agreement

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU GAURAV DHUP(www.gauravcreations.com). BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE SIGNIFYING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING LICENCE PROVISIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE PROVISIONS (SEE BELOW), YOU MUST EXIT THE INSTALLATION AFTER THIS SCREEN.

AGREEMENT

1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". Gaurav Dhup (www.gauravcreations.com) disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk on using the SOFTWARE.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances GAURAV DHUP(www.gauravcreations.com) be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or otherwise including (without limitation) loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction or any other commercial damages or losses. This limitation of liability shall not apply to liability for death or personal injury to the extent applicable law prohibits such limitation.

3. TERMINATION

Your licence to use the software will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the provisions described above. On termination, you must agree to destroy any and all copies of the software you have made.
